Rest was little.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adri&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had a similar training. The plan was: "Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:" training. The drills: deadlift, squat, floor press and the 32kg kettlebell.
